Join us for a FARMtastic time at Gordo's summer farm camp.

Children ages 4-11 are invited to come learn all about becoming a farmer. This 4 day camp includes 4 days of hard work and fun! (If younger, children must be potty trained and comfortable being at the farm without a parent for 2.5 hours each camp day.)

This camp is lead and taught by a licensed 5th grade teacher and local farmer.

Lessons Provided:

How to care for plants. (Day 1 Focus)
Where does my food come from? (Day 2 Focus)
How to care for animals. (Day 3 Focus)
How to work for things I desire. (Day 4 Focus)

Each child attending will receive a camp t-shirt as well as meals for 2 of the days and snacks on the other 2 days. They will return home each day with crafts, new learnings, & an understanding of what it takes to work hard so that we can play hard & live purposeful lives!

Snacks Provided:

Granola bars & fruit (Day 1)
Chick-fil-a/Panda Express (Day 2)
Pizza (Day 3)
Popsicles/Ice cream (Day 4)

*Accommodations can be made for special diets. If what we are having one day is something your child does not like please send your child with a different snack!

Camp Registration/Dates:

Registration will OPEN February 1st and CLOSE April 20th.

3 Separate camps will be available for 3 separate weeks in June and camp will go Monday-Thursday from 9am - 11:30am.

Week #1 June 8-11
Week #2 June 15-18
Week #3 June 22-25

Daily Schedule:

Each day will look slightly different but will follow a similar schedule as listed below...

9:00am - Parent drop-off
9:05am - Pledge of allegiance and team building.
9:20am - Check on our crops.
9:45am - Check on our animals.
10:00am - Daily lesson focus begins at the shaded area.
11:00 am - Snack time and play time.
11:30 am - Parent pick up
